    • Who it’s for: People who need a little more accountability, but once new habits kick in, they are off and running. For people who need a little more than a starter kit, but with “just the right” amount of guidance see long term changes in their body fat, and overall health and wellbeing. 
  • Long Term Life Change Program — 6-month (16-calls): $497 
    • Suggested use: First 4 Calls are weekly; Next 8 Calls are every-other week; Last 4 Calls are 1x/month
    • Who it’s for: People who have tried every diet there is with little success, and are looking for a solution once and for all. This is the package that yields that most successful results because of it’s long term approach and relentless accountability. These clients get the most attention and first priority when it comes to access.
